Order

If you have followed the steps of the ordering process perfectly and you are unable to validate your order, you can contact our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com Attention, to finalize your order, you must validate the 3D secure step requested by your bank. Once this step has been validated, you must return to the Ulé site so that your payment is confirmed and your order can be registered.

Once your order has been validated, you can no longer modify it. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, you must return it to us using the return form that will be sent to you by our customer service. The invoice will be sent to you with your order confirmation email.

Shipping

All confirmed orders are prepared by our warehouse within 2 working days. Your package is then taken care of by the carrier DPD.

If the delivery address is incomplete or if the package has been damaged during transport, it will be sent back to our warehouse. Once the package has been received, our customer service will contact you. Your order will be canceled and refunded, a new order must be validated for your package to be delivered.

Return & Refund

You can exercise your right of withdrawal under the following conditions:

- Your decision to withdraw must be notified by contacting our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com within a maximum period of 14 working days from the day of receipt of your order.

- The products must be returned within a maximum period of 14 working days from the notification of withdrawal.

- All Ulé products can be returned, with the exception of personalized, unsealed, opened or damaged products.

Return costs are offered. To make your return, please contact our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com to obtain your prepaid return label.

To make a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com to obtain your prepaid return label. Your decision to withdraw must be notified within a maximum period of 14 working days from the date of receipt of your order.

- Replace the products to be returned in their original packaging, making sure that your package is properly closed.

- Print and stick the prepaid return slip on the package, checking that no old shipping labels are still visible.

- Drop off the package at a DPD relay point within a maximum of 14 working days from the day you contacted our customer service.

Once your package has been received by our warehouse, it will be checked to ensure that the return conditions have been respected. If the return is compliant, the refund is made within 14 working days on the credit card used for the online payment of your order.

Payment & Coupon

We only accept online payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Your payment is totally secured by our MOLLIE payment module. The latter is subject to an SSL-type security system, guaranteeing all your banking data protected. We do not save any of your bank details. To strengthen the fight against online fraud, your payment will be confirmed only if you validate the 3DS step.

Your bank account is debited at the time of validation of your order on the site.

We advise you to contact your bank to ensure that your means of payment is working properly. If there are no issues, please contact our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com for assistance.

After validating your basket and before validating your payment, you can enter your promo code in the related field. Once your payment has been validated, it is no longer possible for us to take into account the addition of a promo code.

This problem may be due to an error in writing the promo code or an expired validity date. If none of these 2 cases apply, please contact our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com so that we can find a solution together.

It is not possible to combine promotional offers. You can enter only one promo code per order, in the related field, after validating your basket and before confirming your payment.

On average, 84% of our ingredients are sourced in France and 100% of our formulas are made in France. Our plants are gown in our vertical farm near Paris, and transformed into our Pure Botany Blends in Orléans, in order to guarantee local and short supply chain. Our formulas are vegan, contain no ingredients of animal origin and comply with European regulations which prohibit animal testing.

According to the consumer policy of B.P.I. and in order to comply with French Decree No. 2014-1577 of December 23, 2014 relating to the common signage of recyclable products which fall under a sorting instruction, we are pleased to inform that the components of Ulé cosmetic products are recyclable according to the recycling system available in your area. Our skincare products (Mist, Cream and Serums) are formulated without essential oils and do not contain ingredients whose use is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In case of doubt, we advise you to exchange directly with your doctor. Food supplements are generally contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as a simple precautionary principle. Thus, we do not recommend their consumption if you are concerned.

For optimal use of our skincare products (Mist, Cream and Serums), we recommend that you use them for a maximum duration after opening the product. To find out this duration, refer to the logo indicated on your product. Our complementary supplements benefit from a minimum durability date (DDM). This is a date on which we guarantee all the organoleptic and nutritional qualities of our products. Beyond that, the product remains consumable, it is neither dangerous nor toxic to health.

If your skin reacts to any Ulé product, discontinue use immediately and contact our customer service by email at hello@ulebeauty.com. Do not hesitate to accompany your email with a photo. Our team will study your case with the greatest attention in order to determine the cause of your reaction and to accompany you in the best possible way to take care of your skin.

When validating your basket, you can choose 2 free samples (subject to stock availability). We do not send samples alone, without placing a prior order. We also offer our products in travel size, ideal for testing their formula over several weeks before buying a larger size!
